I assist organizations in creating successful products by helping them share their “stories.” I do this by listening, learning, understanding, and clarifying both client and user needs. Then I apply my knowledge of user behavior (how users perceive, process, and interact with user interfaces) and my experience leading a range of user experience activities to translate those needs into effective products.
